We at Adaltis shall carry out our business in a manner that will:
- Meet or exceed the requirements, needs and expectations,explicit and implicit, of our customers;
- Conform with Directive 98/79/EC (IVDD), Regulation (UE) 2017/746 (IVDR) of the European Parliament and of the council of 5 April 2017, ISO 13485:2016 (A11:2021), ISO 9001:2015 and systems standards specific to the sector and established law, in which the organization works;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal performance, effectiveness of the system, through the systematic management of the risk to reduce it at minimum. The application of the risk policy commensurate with the danger of the product, ensures the safety and health of the final users and of the patients, as well as a high level of quality and safety of the product.
- Allow for allocation of necessary resources to achieve our established objectives.
