The intended use of eLab Automatic Nucleic Acid Extractor is to complete the automatic extraction and purification of nucleic acid in various samples by using magnetic bead nucleic acid extraction reagent.
The high purity nucleic acid extraction products are suitable for polymerase chain reaction, gene chip, gene hybridization, gene sequencing and other technologies, and can be applied to scientific research, clinical applications, food safety, forensic medicine and other application fields.
The Adaltis eLAB offers a flexible and compact form factor for rapid RNA and DNA extraction.
Utilising magnetic particle technology, the eLAB will perform the lysis, washing and elution automatically to ensure high purity nucleic acid extraction.
SIMPLE OPERATION
The system is supplied with pre-programmed Molgen extraction protocols.
The system can be started easily via the onboard interface and guided procedures.
With the extractor application the system can be connected remotely to allow programming of the eLAB as well as run monitoring and post run disinfection.
